Luca is 8 ... Watch Luca scrap!
Here's Luca's layout, and here's how he did it (below).

Luca makes a random background using watercolor paper, Tim Holtz Distress Stains, textured stamps, patterned washi tape (Tim Holtz, Seven Gypsies), and some gesso.

He adds some grungy touches to some embellishments we will include on his layout.

I help Luca layer a random montage of vintage style die cut scraps (by K&Company) together with glue, staples. This will be the photo frame for Luca's layout.

We add some more random details in not so random places

Here's our finished layout just waiting for a photo.
We added a few scrappy flowers by ripping up some Prima flowers and putting them back together with staples, washi tape and wooden buttons.  We smash over the top of them with distress ink and textured stamps.

Luca chooses a photo for his layout.

We stick it down with more Washi Tape by Tim Holtz ...
Here we have one awesome layout created by Luca and Mom!
Love our style, and we are going to rock some more layouts together soon .. stay tuned.
